For our group practice in the Gstaad-Saanen vacation region, we are looking for an independent, reliable, and motivated medical assistant (MPK/MPA) to serve as team leader.

Our team consists of four family physicians, an orthopedic surgeon, five medical assistants, and an advanced practice nurse. We are also planning to offer consultations with specialists (including cardiologists and urologists).

Scope of Responsibilities

• MPA Team Leader
• Practice Coordination as the Link Between Practice Management, the Medical Staff, and the Medical Assistant Team
• Quality Assurance and Process Optimization
• Hands-on work in the day-to-day operations of the practice (reception, practice assistant duties, laboratory, X-rays, dispensing medications under self-dispensing regulations)

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in or having completed training as an MPK FA or MPA with leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience and a vocational instructor training course
• A friendly and outgoing personality—even during hectic moments
• Motivation and resilience
• good computer skills
• Knowledge of French and English is desirable
